Company History
Time For Hope Pty Ltd was born out of a deeply personal journey, one rooted in care, lived experience, and a desire to support others with dignity and compassion.
Over a decade ago, founders Delon Timo and his wife Lina Timo began navigating life as parents of a young child diagnosed with autism. Through early challenges, appointments, therapies, and milestones, they came to understand the importance of advocacy, inclusion, and hope for families of children with disabilities.
This life-changing experience became the foundation for Time For Hope. It inspired Delon and Lina to extend the same support, care, and guidance they once searched for—to others walking similar paths. They envisioned a service that would walk beside individuals and families with genuine empathy and purpose.
Their vision was soon shared by close friend and co-director Qais Faiz, whose longstanding friendship and professional trust helped bring the organisation’s mission to life. Alongside his wife, Razan Sabah, who shares a deep passion for education and inclusive support, the team brings together a unique blend of personal experience, community service expertise, and technical excellence. Together, the leadership team offers a holistic and values-based support system grounded in lived experience and shared commitment to uplifting others.
